Stoneridge Creek was vibrant with health, creativity, friendship, and community. Starting with a scenic 3-mile walk at Pt. Pinole Waterfront Park, residents embraced the beauty of nature while staying active. Fresh air, stunning views, great company, and a picnic overlooking the water completed their experience. Fluid Motion, elevating the pool fitness program was introduced bringing a refreshing option to current aquafit offerings. The conclusion of the Fitness Buddy Step Campaign celebrated residents and staff collectively logging 22,274,387 steps, during the Pleasanton to Paris Walk commemorating the Olympics. Residents relished the opportunity to gain inspiration on aging well while indulging in delicious wine and cheese pairings, during a delightful talk by founder of Glowing Older, a perfect blend of education and social enjoyment. Creativity flourished during a pumpkin decoupage class, where participants crafted unique, pumpkins celebrating the fall season. A mesmerizing candlelight concert, Luminous Melodies, finished the week leaving everyone in awe. Enchanting melodies and serene atmosphere provided the perfect ending to a week of wellness, connection, and inspiration. Over 500 lights and candles created an experience like no other for the 380 residents attending. A testament to the joy of staying active, embracing creativity, and fostering meaningful connections for all.
