A full week of special classes to include all Dimensions of Wellness for our residents. Decade themed outdoor courtyard exercises Walking meditation in our garden Story walk created along the walking path around campus. - over a mile of a displayed short story Yoga and Tai Chi classes Early morning Spin Classes Active Aging Message boards in community center for people to sign- asking questions about tips for healthy aging, proud moments, etc Chair dancing, chair aerobics and sit and fit for all skill levels Dance fitness class Theater club introduction and meeting Pandemic expressions- residents created puzzle pieces to artistically express their experience during Covid wake up to wellness event- Outdoor exercise class, stretching and flexibility for Health Center and Independent living residents. Followed by Smoothies made by our dining department Balancing your Life Lecture- facilitated by our wellness coach and aired on our in house channel. Balancing your busy life, how to say no, create moments for self care and finding the middle road in stressful situations Balance classes for advanced and beginner level Full week of virtual classes online and on the channel for those who stayed home
